Weight Check Point #2

As of this morning 9am my official weigh is 162 even. Ughh I was happy that I had only gained 1 pound but oh well.

I guess the lack of water intake and very little activities made the difference. Both meals were small, way smaller than usual..

No worries, I think the week went great, getting in the habit of drinking more water, eating veggies, salads and minimizing my portions.

A new week is coming up and I get to do it all over again.

3 down, 7 more pounds to go.
