Managed to do my run early in the morning.. 4.31 miles.
Breakfast was an even portion of eggs, ham, white toast (only ate one slice).
Lunch was a small bowl of Special K.
Dinner was good and light. Two happy meal size grilled chicken sandwiches "home made", they were served with just a few baked potato chips.
I couldn't keep count of how much water I had, but it was a lot.
Today was a better day meal wise.
